HydraMat™ Roller

Rotadyne has developed the next generation of roller covering, within the Premier Range, to run in today's dampening systems. With the introduction of alcohol substitutes that sometimes attack common elastomer based roller coverings it became necessary to develop the next generation of compounds.

The HydraMat™ roller resists surface deterioration from the speed differential that is used in today's modern press dampening systems. This metering action causes excessive abrasion at the nip point of the rollers, resulting in the premature wear and surface deterioration. The HydraMat™ stands up to this and the harsh alcohol substitutes that are regularly used.
