Real World Testing Machine

All compounds are extensively tested on our 'Real World' testing machine, to obtain maximum data prior to compounds being brought to the marketplace.

RotaJoe High Speed Heat Analysis Machine

Designed for the analysis of a rubber compound's reaction to high-speed, triple nip settings in a printing environment.

Rollers can be run at 4500fpm (1372.5metres per minute)

Rubber roller's surface temperature is monitored at six points through the duration of the test, with results displayed in real time on computer.
