Press Ready Rollers

We manufacture a range of Press Ready rollers, which are held in stock ready for immediate despatch and can be despatched by carrier for next day delivery, and ask that the old cores are returned back to us within 60 days, otherwise a charge will be made for cores.

A roller fitting service is now available on Heidelberg Presses by a skilled technician, with settings adjusted to manufacturers recommendations, ensuring excellent ink/damping application and reduced wash up times, to maximise life expectancy.

Roller Recovering and Repair

RotaDyne offer a bespoke recovering service for all of our customers who need to have rollers manufactured and covered or repaired and covered for a wide range of industries from Nip Rollers for Polythene Extrusion lines to Buffer Rollers for the Leather Industry. Rollers are covered using a variety of Polymers and hardness dependent upon application.

Roller manufacture and repair

The Precision Machining Division of RotaDyne manufacture rollers to the exacting requirements of Original Equipment Manufacturers as well as repairing rollers for end users. With all its Machining equipment with digital readout and its own Dynamic Balancing equipment, RotaDyne are able to offer a full engineering and repair service
